Setting up for POP access

For when a customer REALLY wants to use POP, here's some steps that need to be taken.
These steps will need to be done on the webmail page. Preferably using a computer.
  1. Go to the webmail client . (https://mail.epbfi.com)
  2. At the top grey bar, choose Preferences.
  3. On the left side, click Mail.
  4. Scroll down to the very end.
  5. Check the box to Leave incoming Deleted messages in the Inbox.
  6. Other options in here are up to the customer.
  7. Click Save at the top.
