Changing Sorting on Webmail
Frequently, customers will think they're missing emails, when really all they did was change the sorting of the webmail client.
There is a couple of different ways to change this, but the easiest is simply clicking on the column header to set the sorting to that column and change the order of it.
The active sort is indicated by an arrow pointing up or down.
Alternatively, you can change the sorting by going to the view button on the far right, then sort by, then choose the column name.
